How it works
New salary is current salary times (1 + raise percentage divided by 100). Yearly increase is new salary minus current salary, and monthly increase is the yearly increase divided by 12.
Frequently asked questions
Does this include taxes?
No. These are gross salary figures before tax. Your take-home increase will be smaller after tax and deductions.
Can I use it for an hourly raise?
Yes, in the same way: enter your current hourly rate as the salary and the raise percentage, and read the result as your new hourly rate.
